The Jay Pack Cultivating Our Future Award honors individuals who embody the spirit of mentorship, volunteerism, and talent development – key to ensuring a strong future for the global produce and floral industries.

This distinguished award pays tribute to Jay Pack's vision, launched in 2004, to cultivate and sustain the next generation of industry professionals. It recognizes those who dedicate time, energy, and leadership to supporting Career Pathways Programs and inspiring students to pursue careers in fresh produce and floral.

Presented annually at The Global Produce & Floral Show, the award highlights those who are making a lasting impact through their commitment to career development and industry growth. Please submit nominations no later than September 15, 2025.

Nomination Criteria
Nominees for this award should:

• Be a current IFPA member
• Serve as an effective volunteer within the industry
• Exhibit integrity, dedication, and distinction in their mentorship
• Be a proven influencer and advocate for career development
• Support and align with the mission of IFPA
