How to Apply for a Showcase

Shelves are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited. Showcases can be purchased through your booth application.

Eligibility Requirements

Your company must be an exhibitor in the 2026 Foodservice Conference Show
Your product, product line, or service must have been introduced since July 2025

IFPA Members: US$900
Non-Members: US$1,800

Showcase Details

Dimensions: 35" W X 16" H X 11" D
Non-refrigerated
Lit with tube lighting
Exhibitors may rent multiple shelves, different products must be displayed in each shelf

On-site Setup

Showcases are in the Portola Hotel & Spa, DeAnza Foyer. Shelf spaces are assigned by the order in which applications were received and paid for in full. We will do our best to not place you near a competitor. Once on-site, staff will direct you to your assigned shelf. If you have an issue with your display location, please do not move shelf signs around, see the expo team for help.

Setup

The Showcase will be locked except during setup, refresh, and tear-down times. Set up your display as early as possible on Thursday to maximize exposure.

Tear-Down

Any items not removed by 5:30 p.m. will be discarded, so be sure to remove anything valuable from your shelf. IFPA cannot assume responsibility for any stolen or damaged items.

Showcase Contest

Our judges will review the online listings, on-site displays, and in-booth promotional efforts to determine top finalists for the Best Product Promo and winners for the Best of Show Contest.

Make sure you have your Fresh Ideas Showcase description and photo added in your online listing by logging into your exhibitor portal and selecting Upload Your Fresh Ideas Showcase.
